For a Fallbrook public event, construction project or private gathering with accessibility needs, request the appropriate accessible model and a placement review. We offer ADA-compliant portable toilets, wheelchair-accessible options and accessible trailers; these categories are not interchangeable.
ADA models versus wheelchair-accessible models
Our supplied inventory list includes PolyJohn We’ll Care III and Satellite Freedom ADA models, plus the PolyJohn Comfort XL wheelchair-accessible model. A larger doorway or roomy interior alone does not establish ADA compliance. Request the manufacturer sheet for the actual reserved model and match it to the event’s requirements.
Access begins outside the door
Choose a firm, stable, slip-resistant approach with room for the door and maneuvering area. Soft lawn, loose gravel, a curb or a steep path can make an otherwise suitable unit inaccessible. Keep the route connected to the event area and avoid placing accessible facilities behind a barrier or in a service-only zone.
Plan each restroom cluster
ADA Standards §213.2 addresses clustered portable units; the Access Board guide explains that at least 5% of units in each cluster must be accessible. Round fractional counts up: one accessible unit in a 20-unit cluster, two in a 21-unit cluster. Placement, signs and other applicable requirements still matter. Confirm California and venue requirements with the responsible authority.
What to include in your quote request
Send the delivery ZIP, preferred dates, number of guests or workers, equipment preference and any placement restrictions. We’ll review the available equipment and schedule before confirming the rental. Discuss the billing period, service frequency, pickup instructions and cancellation terms at the same time.
