Arrange job-site toilets and handwashing for new homes, remodels, commercial work and public projects in Fallbrook. Start with the workers on the busiest shift, the site layout and your expected schedule; then set a servicing plan that reflects actual use.
Size the rental for California requirements
California Title 8 §1526 sets a baseline of one separate toilet facility for each 20 employees, or fraction, of each sex, with specified exceptions for single-user all-gender facilities. For example, 21 male employees and 3 female employees give a three-facility baseline. Do not substitute the federal OSHA table without checking which rule governs your site.
What a service visit needs
Routine service covers waste pumping, interior cleaning, deodorizing and sanitation-supply restocking as scheduled in the rental agreement. Weekly servicing is a common long-term arrangement, but a larger crew, multiple shifts or heavy use can need more. Keep the access lane clear every service day.
Handle extensions and pickup before the project changes
Customer calls often concern 28-day billing rather than calendar months. Verify the interval, renewal authorization, end-of-rental notice and pickup charges in your quote. Call when work finishes and obtain a pickup confirmation; do not assume a projected completion date automatically schedules removal.
High-rise and restricted-access work
Ask about high-rise toilets and crane-lift-compatible configurations for upper-level work. Specify the approved lifting kit, lift plan and competent site contact before deployment. A ground-level portable toilet must not be treated as lift-rated equipment without confirmation.
What to include in your quote request
Send the delivery ZIP, preferred dates, number of guests or workers, equipment preference and any placement restrictions. We’ll review the available equipment and schedule before confirming the rental. Discuss the billing period, service frequency, pickup instructions and cancellation terms at the same time.
