Choose a standard portable toilet when you need a private, self-contained restroom without water or electrical hookups. It is a practical starting point for Fallbrook home builds, remodeling crews and backyard gatherings where indoor bathrooms are unavailable or you want to reduce demand on a home septic system.
What is inside a standard unit?
The PolyJohn PJN3 Static has a non-flushing toilet, urinal, ventilated enclosure and a lockable door. Plan handwashing separately if your project needs soap and water; an interior sanitizer dispenser does not replace a wash station. Confirm the supplies and accessories included with your selected rental.
Will it fit at my property?
The PJN3 measures 43.5 inches wide × 47 inches deep × 91 inches high, with a 60-gallon holding tank. Those are equipment dimensions, not a truck-access requirement. Allow additional space for opening the door, a stable approach and pumping access. A side gate that clears the unit does not necessarily clear the delivery vehicle.
A useful choice for Fallbrook properties
For a gathering near Gird Road or a renovation off South Mission Road, send the delivery address and a description of the driveway before booking. Mention slopes, gravel, overhead branches and whether the unit needs to reach a rear yard. Have an accessible alternative position ready if the preferred spot cannot be serviced safely.
What to include in your quote request
Send the delivery ZIP, preferred dates, number of guests or workers, equipment preference and any placement restrictions. We’ll review the available equipment and schedule before confirming the rental. Discuss the billing period, service frequency, pickup instructions and cancellation terms at the same time.
Plan the details before booking
