Start with the bathrooms guests can actually use
A home may have several bathrooms, but some may be upstairs, through a bedroom or unavailable during the party. Count only the facilities that guests can easily reach. If you want to reduce demand on a septic system, tell us which indoor facilities will stay open and what attendance you expect. A portable toilet adds capacity; it does not diagnose or repair a septic problem.
Use a small-gathering estimate carefully
The customer calls include a one-unit-per-50-guests starting point, along with exceptions when a house restroom remained available. For an illustrative short gathering of 100 guests, that approach starts the conversation at two portable units. Event duration, drinks, children and accessibility can change the recommendation. Use our planning tool to prepare the request, then confirm the setup with the rental team.
Choose a place you can still service on Monday
A convenient corner behind the house is not always reachable for pickup. For a Fallbrook property near Gird Road or a hillside drive, describe the route, slope, gate and surface. Keep room for pumping before the used unit is collected. Mark an alternative location if the preferred spot cannot be approved.
Agree on the whole weekend
Give the earliest delivery access, party start and collection availability. Let the team know if a gate will be locked while you are away. Early delivery, holiday collection and exact arrival windows should be confirmed on your own order.
Put handwashing next to the guest route
A separate station makes washing easy without increasing the toilet queue. Keep it visible, reachable and supplied. If food is being prepared or served commercially, check the separate requirements for food-handler facilities.
