Your quote and rental agreement
This page explains the booking process and the subjects your written rental agreement must cover. Equipment, charges, payment deadlines, cancellation cutoffs and liability terms are specific to your confirmed order. Review that agreement before approving payment. An online request is not a reservation or a guarantee of availability.
Payment and confirmation
Ask the team to confirm the amount due, accepted payment methods, payment deadline and any deposit. Use only the payment instructions supplied for your booking; do not put card numbers in the quote form. A billing address can differ from the delivery location. Keep your itemized quote, invoice and confirmation together.
Rental periods, renewal and extensions
The agreement must identify the rental start, minimum period and billing interval. Some ongoing rentals use 28-day cycles, which differ from calendar months. Any automatic renewal or recurring payment must be explained in the agreement. Contact the team before extending the rental or changing the expected end date.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Call (442) 276-4386 as soon as you need to cancel or change an order. Ask for written confirmation and the refund or charge applicable under your agreement. No universal cancellation deadline or refund percentage is advertised on this website. Delivery-day changes, dispatch already in progress, rush orders and holiday schedules may be treated differently in the applicable agreement.
Delivery, access and unsuccessful visits
Provide a correct delivery address, site contact and accurate access information. Clear parked vehicles and other obstructions from the agreed route. Placement is subject to a safe, serviceable location. If a visit cannot be completed, the team will review rescheduling and any charges specified in the agreement. Requested arrival calls and preferred times are not guaranteed appointments unless expressly confirmed.
Servicing and customer care
Your agreement identifies the included service frequency and supplies. Request extra cleaning or restocking when usage changes. Report missed service, damage or unsafe conditions promptly with the site location and rental reference. Keep people away from a tipped or unsafe unit. Do not move, lift or modify equipment without approval.
Damage, loss and insurance
The rental agreement should explain responsibility for damage, theft, misuse, relocation and any optional waiver. Request a written explanation before accepting these terms. This website does not state a blanket damage waiver, fixed replacement charge or insurance coverage guarantee.
Pickup and the end of billing
Follow the pickup-notice procedure in the agreement and obtain a collection confirmation. An open-ended rental does not end automatically because the project finishes. Ask when billing stops and whether removal is a separate charge. Maintain access until the equipment has been collected.
Questions before approval
If any charge, deadline or responsibility is unclear, contact Andrew Rental Works at (442) 276-4386 or info@fallbrookportapotty.com before confirming the order.
